There are 60 spots in this event. Tickets are $100 CAD and can be purchased tickets through Best Coast Pairing. Lunch on both days is included.
If you need to cancel, refunds can be issued by Friday May 23, 2025 at 11:59pm. All refunds are processed through Best Coast Pairings.
Your army must must be a Strike Force army following the Pariah Nexus Mission Pack and latest codex or index rules.
Submit all lists through BCP by Friday May 23, 2025 at 11:59pm.
All lists must use text exports from the Warhammer 40K App.
The organizers will review all lists and contact individuals if there are any errors with their list.
Late submissions will result on a 10pt penalty on all games.

We encourage conversions. If you are unsure if your conversion is legal, send a picture to saxongames40k@gmail.com by May 23, 2025 at 11:59pm. The organizers will advise if the model is allowed in the event.
Proxies must be approved by the Tournament Organizer ahead of time. If you have proxied models in your list and they are not approved by the Tournament Organizer prior to the event date, you may not be allowed to use those models. Proxied models must fit the proper base size and model size of the actual Games Workshop model.

All pairings are managed through Best Coast Pairings. Matches are arranged based on
All terrain is preplaced and is based on the WTC map packs.
We are using all of the latest rules updates as posted on the Warhammer Community site.
If one player requests and has access to a chess clock, both players must play using a chess clock.
Submit all scores through Best Coast Pairing.
You can participate in the hobby competition by setting up your army during lunch on Sunday.
Local painters and the Tournament Organizer will score based on the Frontline Gaming Painting Rubric.
All players will also vote for their favourite army. Players cannot vote for themselves.
All players will be asked to rate their top opponents from games 1-4.
The player who scores the highest amongst their swiss score, sportsmanship and hobby scores.
The player with the highest swiss score. In the event that multiple players have undefeated (3-0) records, the undefeated players will receive awards.
The player with the most votes for best sportsman.
Best hobby goes to the player with highest hobby score.
Player favourite hobby is based on who received the most player votes for best hobby.
Everyone loves the underdog. The best underdod is the player who has the highest battle score and no wins.
Everyone who did not win one of the main prizes will still have a chance to randomly win one of the many door prizes.
